Event Description

Team up to end hunger with this meal packing event that combines purpose and participation in a fun, fast-paced environment. Whether you’re looking to give back, boost morale, or align with corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals, this program delivers lasting impact.

Food insecurity touches every community, and your team can be part of the solution through a fun and meaningful team-building experience. Hosting a meal packing event with Meals of Hope allows your group to come together to make a tangible impact—assembling nutritious meal kits that are donated directly to individuals and families in need. Whether you’re part of a corporate team, school, or community organization, this interactive program brings people together around a shared mission: ending hunger.

Meals of Hope, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has been leading the fight against hunger since 2007. With more than 100 million meals packed and distributed across the U.S. and beyond, they’ve built a powerful model that turns volunteer energy into real-world relief. Their network includes over 30,000 volunteers and their wide-reaching approach means your impact can be felt both locally and globally, depending on where you choose to send the meals.

Each event is fully coordinated by TeamBonding and Meals of Hope, from setup to clean-up, including on-site training for volunteers. The experience is not only deeply rewarding—it’s also fun, fast-paced, and energizing. Teams work side by side to assemble meal kits, building camaraderie and a sense of accomplishment as they hit their packing goals. The format is flexible and can be tailored to fit your schedule, group size, and budget, making it ideal for organizations looking to align their community outreach with CSR objectives.

When you host a meal packing event, you’re doing more than just giving back for a day—you’re sparking change and creating connections that extend far beyond the event itself. No matter where the meals go, one thing is certain: your team will walk away knowing they made a real difference. Let’s turn compassion into action, and teamwork into impact.

“The TeamCuisine concept was a great way to involve a large group of people in a team based exercise. By focusing on the task at hand, participants were given a natural platform to get to know each other, improve communication and accomplish something concrete together.
